​How Do I Place An Order?​

Can I place an order as a business?

Yes, we are a supplier for many custom items. We accept custom t-shirt, hoodie, sweater, hat, mug, plate, and cup orders from businesses and individuals at a competitive price. Just submit a custom order form to receive a quote today!

I have several designs, do they all add up as 1 order?

No. Each design is treated (and priced) as a separate order. Each requires separate screens and press set ups.
 

How long does it take to receive my order? Are rush orders accepted?
It depends on what you are ordering. The typical production time for most custom printed products is 2 weeks.  We offer rush service with shipping in as little as two days on many items. Please e-mail us for availability of this service.  If you have a specific date to have your garments in hand, please supply your sales representative with that date.

My artwork needs some "touch-up." Is there a charge for that?
Yes, there will be an artwork charge. The charge is determined by the level of "touch-up" that your design will require. Send us an email at SweetSatDai@gmail.com to receive more information on pricing.

What is the largest size that can be printed on a T-Shirt?
The maximum image depends on the shirt size and location of the design.  For more information, contact us at SweetSatDai@gmail.com.

 

Payment & Shipping

Custom orders require full payment items can be completed to confirm the order. Items are shipped after full payment has been received.

Returns & Refunds

ALL custom sales are FINAL. A customer may exchange a regular item ordered from SatDai.com for 30 days after purchase.
